Pilgrimme is an intimate and sophisticated coast, forest, and farm-to-table restaurant on BC’s Galiano Island. Named one of Canada’s best new restaurants by enRoute Magazine, “pilgrimme”, in Danish, references the chef’s travels– notably training in Copenhagen’s world-renowned Noma, as well as the connection felt to their home on Galiano. The restaurant itself is a culinary destination, but its cuisine and ambience invites one home– the smell of wood smoke and the sound of Fleet Foxes lingering throughout a rustic, timber-clad cabin. Swoon.
The brand design draws on the raw, uncomplicated beauty of the island and its ingredients, and the chef’s restraint in crafting his dishes. It’s artisanal, but we’re not making a big deal of it.
