Growing up splashing around the west coast, it’s so easy for us to overlook the ways that our indoor and outdoor lives overlap. At Christine Lintott Architects, however, respect for the settings they author projects within is the lodestar of all their work. From the rockiest coastline to the most time-worn forest, CLA considers the environment to be the most important stakeholder in every project.
Working with CLA’s eight person team based in Victoria, BC, we facilitated an internal brand-discovery process that folded each and every team member’s experiences into a significantly resonant brand strategy. From there, we branched the brand out into visual identity, marketing strategy, and a digital platform that all evoke the place-based thinking that’s at the core of CLA’s design practice.
